We are very pleased that Horn & Co. Analytics GmbH has again been successfully reaccredited according to Nadcap in 2025! This confirms our testing competence at the highest level for the second time in a row - and we remain the only independent laboratory in Germany with Nadcap accreditation for the analysis of ferrous materials.
Careful preparation as the basis for success
Reaccreditation was once again a demanding process. Anyone who has ever accompanied a Nadcap audit knows how deeply processes, documentation and details are scrutinized. This is exactly what makes accreditation so valuable - and yet so challenging.
Our experience from last year clearly played into our hands. Processes ran more smoothly, documents were prepared in a structured manner - and the entire team knew exactly what was important.

Our special thanks go to our colleagues in the laboratories at the Siegen, Wenden-Hünsborn and Witten sites. Their expertise, commitment and diligence in their daily work made this reaccreditation possible in the first place. You have once again shown what can be achieved with real teamwork and quality awareness - thank you!
What will change now:
By successfully passing the audit, our Nadcap accreditation cycle has been extended from 12 to 18 months. This means that the next round is not due until late summer 2026. Truely a sign of confidence in our work.
We are delighted with this confirmation – but at the same time see it as an incentive to keep going.
For us, quality is not something that is achieved once - it is created a new every day through dedication, experience and care.
